Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse or buy from the Neat Flow store. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written to be fair and readable, and they sit alongside your rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Template notice: A practical starting point for a South African store — please have it reviewed against your registered business details before relying on it.
Orders
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we've received it; the sale is complete once payment is successful and we've accepted the order. If an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, we may decline or cancel and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at checkout. We don't store your full card details.
- Bundle pricing (Duo and Trio) and any promotional discount are applied in your cart before payment.
Promo codes
The FIRST5 code gives 5% off your first order and is limited to one use per customer. Promotional offers can be changed or withdrawn at any time and can't be exchanged for cash. Discounts apply to product prices, not shipping (shipping is already free).
Shipping
We ship across South Africa. Delivery timelines, costs, and courier details are set out in our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are unaffected. If an item is faulty or not as described, you can return it — full details, including how to return an item, are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Warranty
Neat Flow stations carry a 6-month warranty against defects. See the Warranty page for what's covered and how to claim.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse promotional offers, or copy our content without permission. Product names, images, and branding remain ours.
Liability
We stand behind our product and take reasonable care with the site. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under South African law, including the CPA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
