This policy explains what personal information Neat Flow collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who we are
Neat Flow ("we", "us") sells the Neat Flow smart toothbrush sanitiser and dispenser. For any privacy question, email hello@neatflow.co, which also reaches our Information Officer.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order details when you buy or contact us.
- Payment information: card and banking details are entered directly with our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a successful payment, not your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: device type, browser, pages viewed, and similar analytics data via cookies, to keep the site working and understand what's useful.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your order, and to handle returns, warranty, and support.
- To send order and delivery updates, and — only with your consent — occasional product news you can opt out of at any time.
- To prevent fraud, keep the store secure, and meet our legal obligations.
- To improve our products, website, and service.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the store, and only as far as needed: our payment processor, delivery couriers, email and hosting providers, and analytics tools. Each is expected to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the store works.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet tax and legal requirements, and other information only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe and act quickly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete information that is wrong or no longer needed.
- Object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe we've mishandled your information.

Children
Neat Flow is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
